PENTA brightens the holidays for local children
WESTBOROUGH _ PENTA Communications, Inc. in Westborough, was a locally designated drop-off location for the Toys for Tots Program. This was the first time the Firm, located at 208 Turnpike Road (Route 9 East), Westborough participated in the program.
“We were delighted to participate this year. We felt that our location made PENTA a convenient spot for members of our community to bring their donations,” said PENTA Communications, Inc. CEO Deborah Penta. “There were many companies that participated this year, which demonstrates that with the forces of many, local children enjoyed a brighter holiday.”
“It was a pleasure working with everyone at PENTA this year for Toys for Tots. I could not help bring a smile to a child’s face on Christmas morning without the support of the community. There are so many people who help us complete this task. PENTA went above and beyond to help raise awareness of the program and spread the word of the need to assist those who truly need it,” said GySgt James DaPonte, Toys for Tots Coordinator, Worcester County, MA.
“PENTA is truly grateful to everyone who visited our offices and brought toys for our drive. The success of this effort was only made possible because of the generosity of so many caring people in our community,” said Penta.
Toys for Tots, an annual program administered by the United States Marine Corps Reserve, distributes new and unwrapped toys to less fortunate children during the holiday season.
