Deborah Penta is the founder and CEO of PENTA Communications, Inc. For over 30 years, she has worked with CEOs, presidents, and senior level management teams at client companies to help shape strategic and effective marketing, advertising and public relations programs. Her experience in both international and domestic markets offers a multi-faceted approach to formulating effective marketing solutions.
Ms. Penta serves as the firm’s lead strategist on client programs and initiatives. She is recognized as a top nationwide expert in marketing, advertising, public relations, and media buying strategy, and leads the firm’s team of professionals in a myriad of marketing, advertising, public relations, online, digital, web development, and interactive media disciplines.
She is a regularly featured speaker on marketing, advertising, public relations, growth strategy, leadership, social media, entrepreneurship, and branding at conferences. She hosts a television show entitled Top Growth, has been featured in business journals, and is a regular guest on radio and television. In addition, she has guest hosted radio and television shows on marketing and leadership and has authored numerous published articles and columns on marketing and leadership. She is currently authoring a compelling new business book.
Over the years, she has developed hundreds of integrated strategies that have resulted in substantial positive growth for clients in a myriad of industries. She is committed to providing ongoing industry education relative to cutting-edge topics in her field as a speaker and panelist. Director of Creative Services – Michael Kittredge
Michael Kittredge is the Director of Creative Services at PENTA Communications, Inc. With over a decade of creative management experience, Mike leads the firm’s graphic designers, web developers, social media designers, and commercial production team to help drive and inspire results for our clients. His management objectives ensure that all creative initiatives are of the highest quality and managed cohesively to ensure innovative and cutting edge ingenuity, project flow, and continuity, making sure that we are meeting, and most often exceeding, expectations. He works closely with our CEO, our Director of Operations, Creative Services Director and all members of the PENTA team, helping our people achieve extraordinary results for clients, ensuring that the execution of all creative projects are true to our values and in alignment with our brand promise of delivering the highest quality world-class professional branding, design, online, and social media marketing and advertising services.

Director of Operations – Lydia Goldblatt
Lydia Goldblatt is the Director of Operations at PENTA Communications, Inc. She brings over 40 years of success in management, customer relations, marketing, and operational experience to our firm and its clients. Her diverse background includes high level positions in both the public and private sectors including Deputy State Director and Director of Constituent Services for United States Senator Scott Brown, Chairman of the Civil Service Commission for Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney, Director of External Relations for Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney, and numerous leadership positions in privately owned Massachusetts companies over the span of 20 years.
In her role at PENTA, Lydia oversees day-to-day operations, manages procurement, finance, facilities/building management, human resources, and vendor relations. Along with her extensive management expertise, she also brings a wealth of expertise in government and community relations, public relations, community outreach, marketing, employee relations, policy analysis, legislative relations, community development, and communications to our corporation and its clients.
