PENTA helps Regional Research Bureau Capitalize on Stronger Internet Presence
WORCESTER _ When the Worcester Regional Research Bureau (WRRB) decided it was time to capitalize on a more suitable and high-end web presence, it turned to Westborough-based PENTA Communications, Inc. for assistance.
“The Worcester Regional Research Bureau is a non-profit, non-partisan organization focused on researching public policy issues that affect the greater Worcester region. Our website is vital to our work. We use it to introduce ourselves to the general public, to serve as a clearinghouse for information about upcoming events, to explain our history and purpose, and to provide easy access, at no cost, to all the research we have done throughout our 25-year history,” said Roberta Schaefer, president and CEO.
“Our new website, redesigned by PENTA Communications, Inc. amply fulfills all of those needs. Everyone who has visited it since its launch has told us that they have found it much more attractive and well-organized than our old site. Through the whole process from development to launch, the PENTA team was a model of competence and professionalism, and they continue to be so in their ongoing maintenance of our site,” Schaefer continued. “It’s now easier to sign up for our email list and events, to search our site and, in general, to understand who we are and what we do. The PENTA team was always attentive to what we wanted, but, like all good consultants, were also happy to give advice and guidance when necessary. We had put off redesigning our website for several years, expecting that it would be a tedious and confusing process, but working with PENTA proved that nothing could have been further from the truth. They couldn’t have been easier to work with. Kudos to them.”
“The Worcester Regional Research Bureau is an integral part of our regional businesses, economic and legislative communities, and is a very well-managed organization with a reputation for excellence that spans 25 years. We were very pleased to have had the opportunity to work with the organization on its new website and help elevate its public image to match that of the quality of its services to the public, as well as its extraordinary research reporting,” said Deborah Penta, CEO, PENTA Communications, Inc.
Over the past 25 years, the WRRB has prepared over 210 reports on municipal and regional issues. The reports present detailed analyses of issues, which both citizens and public officials base decisions on that will affect the welfare of everyone in local government and in the community.
The new WRRB website was developed to showcase the work of the organization and to create an easy to navigate site allowing it to be an easier to use resource.
