Guidelines on How to Apply
PENTA accepts proposals throughout the year and requires a minimum of four weeks for review and decision.
Please make sure to email the following documents:
- 501 (c)(3) Letter of Determination from the IRS
- Most recent Annual Report
- Names and Affiliations of the organization's board of directors
- Supportive literature pertaining to your request.
